So my mental health is taking a battering of late. The pain has increased ten fold and these are the days it really starts to pi** me off. Snapping at everyone and everything ☹️. So me and a friend started swimming 😜 well arobics to start but that hurt... A lot. So I buggered off and done a couple of lengths. Can't do breast stroke or front crawl with leg's kicking? That hurts ! Back stroke with just legs going, no pain ? Front crawl with just arms going, no pain ? 🤣 Hey found somethong that works lol But one other thing I did was get extra pillows for the bed, 6 now👍 lol that defo helps. Hope your all well and dealing with your pain 🥰

Arse pain is getting worse☹️
Pain is hard to live with. Tolerance levels drop ... It's good to release some stress somehow!
If you're angry enough to do something about it then read my post here:

My story of how I dealt with my pain. Learn to use the "right" muscles, so the wrong ones aren't stressed and therefore very sore, give the body a chance to recover.
Base-Line (pelvic floor, rectus abdominis muscles) - stronger and longer.
Gluteus maximus - big ass muscle.
Rectus femoris - solid pole down the front of the thigh from hip bone to shin.
Trapezius - a blanket of muscle from mid-back to the back of the head, shoulder to shoulder.
I did start with Pilates but couldn't do most of the exercises, it took time...
Being in water helped, but I gave up on lengths for a while, Just bobbing around, using floats and focusing on my muscles.
I was in pain for so long I thought it would always be that way, but it turns out I could fix it.
It may work for you and it may not work for me. 👍 I stay away from physio. Hurts to much
You're right. It worked for me. After 40 years pain I feel better than I ever have done. Your name caught my eye, I remember that.
I don't want to sound harsh but unless you learn to how you use your body better the pain will not get better.
Everything from your Base-Line.
Pelvic floor Base. Rectus abdominis Line. The body's core pillar of strength, key to better posture and less pain. Focus on activating these muscles.
It took me 3 years of hard work to release the pain.
But it's up to you. Try or not.
