Tip of finger, blood blister (?)

So i’d say a week ish ago this area had a lot of what looked like dryness dots and then i noticed this and i’m not sure what it is and it doesn’t really hurt but if i touch it it kinda bothers me. Does this look like a blood blister or what? (I took it with flash in case it looks worse)

See a doctor. You have no recollection of injuring yourself so it suggests something untoward is happening.

It does not look like a blood blister to me, looks like an infected area. Try to keep it clean and covered and maybe a visit to the doctor might solve the mystery. It may need an antbiotic cream, or just an antiseptic cream like savlon. Some skin things take a long time to heal. Other option talk to your chemist they may be able to advise on whats best.
