my chest pain

I have been having chest pains for some time now. Under my right and left breast i always have a sharp pain and it hurts even more when i breath

please can anyone help me

Sounds like a rib/sturname muscle ...a lot of us get it .. did mine struggling to get up ... take smaller breathes!!!!l but stretches it out gently grandually taking larger breathes .. don't panic ..relax! !! Self massage ..heat pads..xray or physio maybe 😕

I've had chest pains on my left side on and off over the years. I've been told it was acid reflux, but the remedies for that never worked. The best answer I've found is that its muscular and related to the diaphragm muscles. Perhaps tension and stress leads to tight muscles when we hold our breath unconsciously and since all those muscles are connected, when we start up our normal breathing it can feel like a glitch or something catching. My experience has felt like a heart attack to me, so I can understand your concern and pain. Hot packs and slow and gentle breathing such as what relaxandbeathe has recommended could help. I wish you peace from your worry.

my pain is a sharp pain not gliching and it mostly happens under my right breast
