So if anyone read my post before they would know about this chest pain I git from a panic attack , tonight is the second time I’ve woke up in a bawl of panic and my heart is going mad, I currently am on holiday so can’t seem medical attention , please someone help

How are you feeling tonight? The chest pain could be costochondritis but can you get to a and e so that they can check you out. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

Did have councilling but was stopped as it’s hard for me to open up and I experience it in waves
