How tolet medical history, apply to adult circumstances?

From visiting the GP with a parent, way back in 2004, the effects of my health condition, has carried on into adulthood. I was wondering, how can this history, be applied to adult consequences, when it comes to finding work, doing chores, and so on? There seems to be no clear understanding, when it is a long-term health problem, and it keeps getting overseen in my adult life. I do not know who to see, talk about it, and so on. There have been many misled, or overseen issues, that as not resulted in a healthy balance, in my adult life yet. It keeps prolonging, and I do not know who to, concern this issue about this. Long-term health issues, and lifestyle balance.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean, but a doctor is the person to see regarding any health issues.

If you have a problem with your digestion & frequency of needing to go to the toilet, a nutritionist might be able to help, but if it’s a physical or mental issue, your doctor should be the first person you contact.

I wonder if the social prescriber or care navigator or what ever they are called at your surgery might be able to help you? They can direct you to the right person to speak to in issues like this.
