I see some people can walk a few steps some not some bent over and the list goes on but I haven’t heard from anyone who has muscle problems
At this time one of my biggest problems is when I try to get skirt trousers on etc I believe I can’t get my body up straight because of excruciating pain in left thigh muscle
As anyone got similar problems
I keep on thinking if only I could get body straight and ride out pain I might be able to walk but like a lot of you my comfiest position is sat on bed 🛌 watching telly (rubbish) lol
And reading a book
I do get in wheelchair and go from one room to another ,
So please once again would appreciate replies
Thank you
I know I am 73 but would like to do a bit more

Are you still under an Orthopaedic Consultant? If so, phone his/her secretary and ask about this? If not then phone GP to ask about this.
Is there a Hydrotherapy Pool in the hospital in your area? If so, could you manage being taken to appointments by ambulance/patient transport services? If so ask about this??
Perhaps your approach needs to be changed. Can you give me some more details starting with the first item of clothing. I would like to try and suggest a method of approach that may work. However, I need to try this in small steps to reach the final goal of getting skirt trousers on.
I have pain down left side of my leg and runs right down my shin bone the pain builds up that I need more pain relief I don't get much from the pain clinic, my pain gave me scoliosis and I'm like you don't seem to get much help I was told I'd need to learn to live with it
I was like that with pain and breathing but I was desperate to get out so I pushed the wheelchair until the pain or the breathing got to much then I sat on the wheelchair to rest.
It got me out a few times not all the time but it was good to get out.
