Sympathetic nerve block or burning nerves?

Hi Guys,

Just had a sympathetic lumbar nerve block and it has really helped with my pain, and the next step would be a series of nerve blocks or where they burn the nerves. Which one gives longer pain relief and is nerve burning a safe process?

Thanks,

I got one for my lower back/ buttock. Fantastic relief for well over a year.

I have occipital nerve block twice yearly for arm/neck and shoulder pain due to bulging discs and spondylitis, the relief is life changing for me, I can get on with things without the nagging pain.

I would say discuss it with your specialist and see which one will give you the best relief.
