Osteo or Rheumatoid? And maybe talk to a doctor first. They can advise you better than anyone on here.

it is osteo pain, thankyou for replying.

Generally we are not qualified to give advice on medications.

However I take an Opiate Pain Medication, a Cox 2 Inhibitor, new type and Amytrptalene excuse spelling for nerve pain. For RHUMI, hospital specialists may possibly use either DMARD medications also and Biologics that slow down the immune system

Also personally I use a V TENS Machine for nerve blocks etc.

Your GP will advise. Understand various types of Rhumi may need different medications. Some medications may be issued under Hospital advice. I also suffer Reactive Depression and I need medications for that. The choice of medications is selective dependent on Patient and Specialist.

Hi, thankyou for replying. I have osteo pain and I take the lowest dose of co codomol and 60g of duloxetine.

Is there anything else you could suggest that I could ask my doctor for?

Your doctor should be able to suggest which drugs to take better than we can. I have Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis, I have Fentanyl patches and Oramorph as well as Paracetamol. But you must discuss it with your GP, as it is up to him/her to prescribe it or not.

Your GP may be able to provide you with NSIDs medications to reduce swelling.of infected joints. Pain Medications are in various groups and your GP will assess what drugs to try. When dealing with pain your GP may give you two Pain Killers of different groups, also a medication to treat nerve damage pain if required.

What caused your problem.

The reason I am wary is, it took two years to balance my medications for PsA

Hi. Sorry to hear your pain, I can not say I understand what you feel since I am not in your shoes.

I am not a medical Dr and what I will write may sound strange but I had people with serious issues booked for surgical procedures recover.

Two things defines our well-being: the Energy around us and the quality of our cells within us. This is constantly damage electromagnetic radiation, food we eat which is acidic and stress or emotions.

The cells on their own have a regeneration cycle of 90 to 120 days depending on the part of the body.

These need to be fed with appropriate nutrients and water, this often not possible as we drink water of poor quality. Follow on YouTube "Structured water" to understand what I mean by poor quality water.

This does not mean the water has contaminants such bacterial and germs for even the best bottle water we buy in supermarkets has lost it physical structure hence our cells can't absorb it and they are dehydrated and die. They poor nutrition helps to compound this problem and makes regeneration difficult hence healing and recovery slow or impossible.

Ignorance is a killing agent. When you go to Wikipedia to get information it shows how ignorant you are.

Just go to Google.come or YouTube to get more information.

Go to scientific research journals

All my years as a researcher Wikipedia has never been a source of information because it can't be verified

Sorry Gubbie, there is no such thing as structured water - it is a marketing scam.

If you don’t like Wikipedia as a source (it has its uses), then have you heard of Steven Novella MD? He’s an ‘academic clinical neurologist’ and he writes a blog where he exposes medical / scientific misinformation. Try reading that instead:

theness.com/neurologicablog...

Or from s chemist’s perspective:

chem1.com/CQ/clusqk.html

I promise you, the myth that water can somehow be magically converted into some medical wonder product by changing its structure somehow has been around since scams were invented. I briefly read one page that suggested ‘swirling it around over smooth pebbles’. And we are supposed to believe that this will change the structure of water?

It is a scam and nothing you can say or do will change my mind.

I’m not trying to argue with you, but we have to call out misinformation else folk may read it and then actually spend good money chasing snake-oil. Or at best wasting their time ‘making’ it.

Have a good day.

🙏🏻
