What are unregulated vitamins? And why 2 weekly? This doesn't make sense and I still don't know what you are saying! If you think you have a vitamin deficiency then you need to see a doctor for tests. You should then get them prescribed for you.

If you take a small dose of vitamins without letting your doctor know then there is a risk it could interfere with any other meds you are on. x
