Lot of pain is brain related. The brain and muscle behaviour has relationships to pain. Faulty muscle behaviour caused by faulty brain instructions requires the brain to re-learn how to do muscle behaviour better. Pills are chemical and cannot give physical instruction.

Suggest that see an Alexander Teacher to learn how your body works and what you can do to improve your muscle coordination.

Suggest Meditation and mindfulness to learn how to observe how your body actually works. A local Buddhist group should be able to help you with this.

Yep or just go to see a pain clinic and get treated for pain, by the way all pain signals comes from the brain. and 99% of all pain can be reduced to a level in which we should be able to cope, no pain meds which can stop pain altogether , but lower it to a level we can cope will help
