Hi just looking for some advice,so I had a menscial repair done on the knee just over a year ago and after surgery I had to wear a Knee/leg brace for 6 weeks and with doing so lost most of the calf muscle and the thigh muscle.Physio has helped where I am now but I still not fully recovered. So do I just be patient with the muscles growing back and would the knee/leg get more stronger within time and not worry about it too much.

Had the same issue following twelve weeks of non weight bearing, I would suggest investing in some Thera bands and continue to push on with excercises, also stretching and balance exercise helped me.
