Chest pain??

Played football last weekend and ever scince which is now a week later I’ve developed a pain in my left side of chest just off centre! It hurts when I cough take deep breaths in and make certain movements and also especially when I sneeze it’s quite painful there is also a small rounded lump there that hurts a bit when pressed any ideas on what this may be?

Do you think you cracked a rib I cracked a rib the doctor took an extra it was very minute but the doctor lightly touched the spot where it hurt and I gave out a yup

Now I have to let you know I am not the type of person that complains a lot but I was dealing with this pain for a week. I was just thinking it was a bruise but after a week I decided to go get an ex-ray.

So maybe you should get a ex-ray just to be on the safe side. And if it’s not there they can let you know what is going on.

Yeah first of All I thought it was because of my rib and that I may of picked up an injury whilst playing football but I’ve never had no pain or anything in my rib it’s just my chest it’s not effecting my breathing or anything I can still exercise like running the pain has gradually got better during the week but it’s still there and a bit concerned about the small rounded lump.. think i will get it checked out this week just to be on the safe side

That’s a good idea you might want them to take an ex-ray I’m just saying the ribs don’t have to be a true break mine wasn’t it was the way the doctor told me if you break a tongue depressor and you have the like the size of splinters that is concided a fracture. But it would be a good thing to check it out with your doctor. Good luck and be careful.
