Morphine!!

Hey guys I've been on morphine liquid and patch for ABT 20 years now waste time obviously immune to it now n it doesn't do anything!! But they ..drs...insist thats the best and strongest I did a swap n went on methadone for a while to get my body lean from morphine ... obviously I didn't like methadone so went bk to morphine but it's all a waste of time I'm on 26 pills a day plus the morphine and morphine patches ..I'd like to come off everything but that's going to b a struggle now

Yep I'm on fentanyl patch and back on morphine liquid off the methadone but on valium lorazapam and promethazine

That's just slow release...which the fentanyl patch does?? So wouldn't make much difference...have not drank any liquid morphine for ABT 5 days now decided to see what happens...nothing!!! And pain is still the same without it as when I do take it...so obviously immune!! Ru for your response...luv the name

I had a long discussion with a very close friend of mine who is a end of life specialist , he was my GP but because he was so good at the area he was made a fellow of the palliative care specialist Assos.Before having spinal surgery I wanted to go off morphine injections so that I would get the full affect when I woke from surgery. This Doctor is a guru on the issue and said that morphine only works when pain is strong or very strong . So he kept me on it and I have been on it for 5 years patches 100mico and injections and 120 endone tablets every 6 weeks .The thing is I have tried lyrica , Rivitrol etc and all they did was make

my brain fuzzy , I was confused , numbness in the face and blue lips . I do not think there is an option but have a break for 3 months get by with some alternative and then get back on the patches etc
