Anyone else ecperience this at pain management. ? I only went with a cold foot now im crippled with pain and screaming nerves its more than I can cope with last time admitted there at fault and corrected it ..

Hang in there. Mine started similarly. There is hope just take it one day at a time. I took the pain meds and they told me to wait for a year which I did. The biggest mistake I made was not continuing to search for physical therapists and eastern medicine sooner while I looked for a proper diagnosis. I did not get a proper diagnosis for years after 30 doctors. They just kept prescribing. I didn’t have a cold foot mine started with burning pain

I am still working on my journey but I have come a long way. My suggestion is to get on a pill regimen until you find the cause of the cold foot. Seek out eastern medicine and really good ones! No TCM but APM or KM if you consider acupuncture and a really good herbalist to help with sleep and stress. Physical therapy seems to be an important part and getting all tests done with the western doctors.

A yoga and breathing regimen for now is really important to give your brain an ability to focus outside of your body even if you just watch it on Tv like I did for a long time.

Give the nerves a chance to settle after the injection. I suggest a journal and your reaction after certain medications Incase there is toxicity or just the body not liking a chemical.

There is hope keep searching for the right help. Mine started by an email to an organization online and a phone call came that got me to a helpful practitioner.

Have you seen a podiatrist (foot dr.) Or Vascular (vein) dr.? One of my diagnoses is Raynaud's Syndrome... issue with blood flow to extremities, especially with cold. But it took 3 doctors and months of pain and limping to get there (after first 2 drs thought infection in toe was cause of swelling there). My feet feel like they're burning sometimes out walking in the cold. Worth looking into...
