Sprained ankle

I went over on my ankle last Tuesday....it was sore for few days....then it went ok an didn't hurt as much but today it's really sore and achin aswell.......

Did you ice it after it happened I know sometimes your can forget to do that, but try to do the ice. Try to keep it elevated that will help.

Are your sure you didn’t crack a bone you never know.

Hi do RICE - rest, Ice, compress and elevation. This will do it. I have sprained my ankle loads of times and this always brings the swelling down. You can also buy a compression bandage from the chemist which really helps too. x
