As above, please can you share your experience of this new drug ?

Yes I have been using these for about 2 years, along with paracetamol, 8 paracetamol and 5 nefopam a day. This is for osteoarthritis, then combination is very effective, but of course the fact is , that getting pain relief is a matter of trying until you find the right one .

Thanks for replying, I’ve been given these as I understand they block the signal to the brain from the nerve ending rather than stopping the pain. My concern is side effects as I have heart rate problems, speed and regularity so it’s worrying me a bit. Did you get any side effects please?
