Its been a while ..looking for a real SSI attorney if anyone knows of any in sandiego.

honestly it's been awhile since I've locked in unfortunately now I'm in a wheelchair because my legs got weaker and my balance was way off I had strong occupational therapy that had to be interrupted due to me getting no where. Top it off SSI denied me again all because I can count 2+2 equals 4. so they say yes my condition limits my availability to work in what I use to work in . my depression and anxiety was tolerable aha Sure especially after that 45 minute mental evaluation made me have facial spasm making me look like I had a stroke it was so bad I started crying he ended the evaluation telling my son who waited in the lobby she was over stressed that's why she's crying I'm telling you this so you don't think I hurt her. Yet on the letter he wrote she handles stress well. Now I await for the orthopedic decision. I bet I'll get crap there too. So I'm on the look out for good SSI attorneys in sandiego .

Because the idiot I had as an attorney couldn't even answer one of my calls. And look I lost. You know when we're living with such disabilities and chronic pain people often think we're just out of attention or were lazy .I had more then a million reasons to wake up happy to a job I loved.& on my free time to help others not to mention I was a professional model.so How dare the idiot SSI doctor that can determine if you can win some measly extra dollars or not based on your suffering.

This is fraud it's wrong it's inhuman especially when you have more then one physicians telling you there's no way you can work. I'm sick

I'm disappointed and honestly like most I've read in here I'm tired of being a burden. It's not fair how hard we worked for our dollar and now that we need this stupid gov to help us it's all counted on stupid credits and stupid idiot doctors that dont care and would rather send you to welfare because thats what this idiot ssi doctor recommended then give you what you worked hard for.I guess being on 24 medications taken a day is ok to work with , specially when they cause drowsiness. how dumb is this system I swear. Anyhow hope everyone is in better shape. And if anyone knows of God willing good ssi attorneys please let me know thanks!

This time the way to be supportive of you is giving you the frank honest observations of your attitude, inappropriate language and thoughts about the very professionals you need to meet the basic FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EVIDENCE required to receive the SSD (I believe) you are seeking.

First. I practiced this type of law and worked my a** off for clients I believed in and treated me with dignity. I never lost a case, and would not represent a case that I knew did not qualify for SSD benefits and explained why, and connected them with vocational specialists and placements sources to find employment they could do.

I never met an inhumane SSD Judge, nor one who acted inhumanely. Shame on you.

There are very distinct reasons why I believe you are not being awarded SSD.

But there is no reason to share that with you, as you wouldn't "get it" at this moment. Take several deep breaths and read your post.

I suggest you clean up your post from all the name calling, and placing the blame on everyone else, including our government, and maybe post again with a different attitude.

I am ending my reply for now for the very same reason why I think your attorney didn't return your call. Why in the world would I refer you to a reputable attorney after reading your post?

I know you are frustrated, but who would want to even deal with you, much less just tell you that you probably do not qualify for SSD after reading what you wrote about the very professionals you need even if you met the requirements of the Federal Government?

Actually appears the professionals are treating you better than the way you treat and talk about them.

You may have all the opinións that you like , no offense taken .I believe that you may be an honest attorney but i wasnt talking about all attorney's just one in general I'm sure that when a clients depends on a attorney they are hoping to get representación and to my knowladge from the disability center this attorney didnt even reply to them at their recomendación was to fire him so before you asume to know me and judge me like you did consider that Yes i was upset but if That's hard to understand then thats on you .

Erika, now take a deep breath. Please be careful if someone employed or affiliated with the Federal SS advises you regarding your relationship with your attorney. They do not have the authority to advise or interfere with your professional relationship with your attorney; you have signed a legal contract with that attorney to represent you, to have access to your SS records and file, and to pay him. That contract is binding unless both parties agree to end it and file a notification of that with SS, or you or the attorney files a request/notification to end it. This is the process required in most other courts as well, such as civil, criminal, workers compensation, etc. Depending on the terms of your contract, you may owe your attorney fees or costs.

HearYou has given advice that you should take note of. Have met the very dodgy legal system in the UK and there are similarities in the USA. You need to do the preparation to present you case in a mannor the legal system understands. You are going to need to network with people who can help you prepare your case. Worth seeking out your local church and speaking to the elders/Pastor or minister. They are likely to know the people that you need to see as well as possibly offer the help that you need.
