Some Reading to Help With Pain

Hi All - I generally just read the posts looking for good information. I've recently found a good book by some Doctors in Australia called Explain Pain. You can find them on YouTube and there's is a Tedx talk also. They've helped me, maybe they will help some of you also. :)

If you mean Lorimer Moseley he is brilliant. Heard his presentation many times and he is just as good in real-life!

What he says makes so much sense...how your brain reacts to what it thinks is going to be painful.. Yes retrain your brain to tell you it doesn't really hurt!

I have a link if I can find it to one you may not have heard

I’m new to this forum and excited there’s sharing of this information! I’m happy to watch, listen, and read ALL the info I can find about how to deal with chronic pain and the new research going on.
