Nerve Wracking

Got pinched nerve in my neck worst affected areas the Peck region and the left funny bone, on Gabapentin and Codeine but they haven't kicked in yet, Heat Packs Deep Freeze and bandages give me no relief, the V shaped pillow is a help but getting in a comfortable position is virtually impossible.

Hi that really stinks I have had pinched nerves in my neck years ago I had been in a car accident and I got one of those soft brace for my neck and I use it when my neck started to hurt me and I do everything you are doing but the brace does work especially when I am lying down so my neck doesn’t move. Good luck to you !
