I have woken up with a pain in the back of my neck for the past 4 mornings....does anyone know what is causing this please?

No one on here can give out medical advice so you are best speaking to your doctor.

Having said that it is probably just a pulled muscle which will heal itself in time. x

It could be your pillow of if you've had a neck injury sometime In the past try one of the heat bags see if that helps I had whiplash ten years ago and the pain I get is from that

Lost the rest of my message. Have tried a variety of pillows including a memory foam one which I can only bear for a few hours...I will try a wheat pillow too - thank you for the suggestions....
