neck pain
I had terrible pain from my frozen shoulder a couple of years ago. It was so bad I couldn`t get more than a couple of hours sleep at night. This went on for months, then someone suggested acupuncture, after the first session my pain went. I still had the frozen shoulder for at least a year after that but no pain.
I find a wheatie bag very helpful if used several times a day to begin with.
It's a longish oblong bag with wheat in, which you put in your microwave for 3 minutes. Then you put a towel at the back of your neck and on your shoulders and then put the wheatie bag on top. I find The heat from the wheatie bag lasts for about 20 minutes. But as it cools down, I take the towel away. It works for me. If you have a Wilkos near you, I'm pretty sure they sell them there, or you could try online.
Hi I've only just read your post.I've had arthritis in my neck for about 15 years some days it's not too bad but other days it's really sore .rose petal was right the wheaty bags are very good and I find volterol cream very good.just try different creams and pain killers that suit you. Good luck.
