Hi introduction

Hi I am steroid dependant now having been left to self medicate on prenisolone for 29 years non stop this as damaged my adrenalin gland. I habe chrons disease however the steroids have caused many other problems that I am now finding it hard to deal with. Terrible back pain in lower back. Is this through chrons disease or is this through authuritus I really don't know I have endometriosis is this in my bowel too? I don't know I'm not getting any answers living in constant pain daily. No Intrest. In any thing low esteem. Hate anyone touching me. Welcome to.my life of hell.

Yes a very long time you've been on the steroids and I believe that the medication is harmful for a long-term condition, arthritis is common side effects brittle bones etc, and with your other health it may be worth considering making a doctors appointment just to see what else can be done with these new pains you have been getting, most tablets have some side effects and know doubt the steroids have been keeping your chrons disease in check but certainly get to the doctors for a review and see what else is available, good luck

Feel like someone is burning a whole in the bottom right side of spine internally with a cigarette the pain is about a 6 as anyone had simular pain it feel sore a raw the flesh inside bit like a acid burn

Lesley21, could it be a bed sore? You should see your GP asap . If not properly treated, could get bigger and infected 😘
