There are anti nausea drugs like domperodone and ondansetron. Do you take anything like that?

nope i dont cos they react with me other meds im tryin to combat the nausea at min thanks for replying

Ginger can help. You can get non crystallised from waitrose or online, by the company 'Naked'.
