How I have missed this part of pain I don't know never mind looking at it now
I feel slightly better now reading that there are other people out there in thie same or similar position as me with these back problems
I didn't believe that you can have to live in pain for life
When I was sat down by the doc and explained what was going on and what could be expected i understood more didn't like it
I have crumbling spine fractures etc
I am now trying to live with it very hard and painful so if any one can come up with any ideas as especially getting food when on crutches to table without dropping it would be most appreciated it
Going out to do porridge now lol will be fun and painful
Got to try to keep smiling

The OT used to give a trolley on wheels which was excellent for carrying food etc from one room to another. They would even send a carpenter to file down the door frames if they were too high.
Sadly I doubt they provide them any more but they aren't expensive and really worth teir weight.
Not yet on crutches but know it will come the pain is awful at times going for physio this morning apparently to try and strengthen muscles round spine
