Because I've been on solpodol 30/500 and Lyrica and Fentanyl for past five years, I take NAC and Tudca everyday to protect liver and kidneys. NAC is even used by doctors and hospital to heal liver damage etc. I use about 1800mg of it per day along with 500mg Tudca and my liver values come back very good. Could be of use to you.
