Appointment waiting times

Hope I don't have to wait much longer for the next appointment to come through just want to feel better and was so ready for the appointment that I had until they had to cancel it.😖😖

When is your new appointment ?

No idea,it's due to unforeseen circumstances that they had to cancel my appointment and will give me a new appointment when they are in a position to do so when ever that will be.Its just I can't get on with my life properly until I get this knee fixed.All I can do is cope and not let it intefere with day to day life😌😌

More and more situations like this occurring. Our NHS can't cope I am afraid.

Are you trying anything to help manage your pain in the meantime ?

Just icing it,elevating it as much as I can aswell.

Have you tried a Tens Machine ? I couldn't do without mine for my back but have used it on my knee and shoulder with success.
