Fantastic news Let me know how you get on? xx

Dear Dianne, yes I've advice for yr 1st appt.: First question they'll ask you is "What physical exercise do you do?" Whatever your answer, it's crucial for you to display a POSITIVE attitude towards strengthening exercises as a solution to your pain, not an exacerbator. Secondly, be prepared to do the training in between appts. so that you exhibit an increase in ability with time. GOOD LUCK

Hi, well I went for appointment for physio, I was told I have been given wrong orphitics, so as I didn't have any follow up physio after surgery because of cutbacks my ankle is not going to improve a lot but orthotic and exercise will help, not too happy especially as I wanted physio and was not given it, nor a happy bunny Looking for private msk physio in my area
