Oh I had this once, very painful. For the first day I couldn't straighten up, 2nd day could only walk bent over, made it to the chemist and got some neuromol I think it called ...a pain killer you are only allowed to take for 3 days, that and volterol sorted me out and could stand upright on day 3 but felt sore for about a week or so afterwards. I mentioned it to my physio who said what it was but I'm afraid I forgot. My usual pain killers didn't help, morphine n lyrica. I did need some physio in the area. Sorry I can't remember what physio said it was....it'll prob come bCk to me at 3am when most of my thoughts seam to suddenly appear and wake me up

You have my sympathies, I remember on day 1 I spent the day on my hands n knees in agony as live alone n couldn't stand to get out to chemist, an emergency physio appointment in your lunch break might be able to help you quicker

Good luck

Have a talk with your chemist who can help you with pain relief. Rest up for a few days and if it's no better then see your GP. Another option Is to book in with a chiropractor. Hope it's only a short time problem x
