Hi. I'm sure practically everyone on this site is suffering physically or emotionally. Or both lol. I'm hoping that this is my last spinal surgery in the lower back. I can't complain I've played competitive sports until I hit 49. So as soon as my back started when I was around 50. I was deeply concerned. Now 2 surgeries later and 16 steroidal injections later. This is it. My last hurrah so to speak. Well I will know in a couple weeks. What the scoop is. Anyway. Hang in there good people
