Physio vs GP re thoracic back pain

Neck pain for 35 years, now thoracic pain in bed, hurt trapezoid muscle? Or is it variation on thoracic pain . Experience of TENs machine anyone pills making me dozy and hands shaking

Hi, I was advised by gp to try a tens for elbow pain.I found it helped, but only while I actually was using it. X

You should be laying flat with a rolled bath towel under your neck so your neck will start the thoracic area laying in a proper position you can make adjustments to make the towel higher and also use a second rolled towel under your lower spine; you should experience relief from laying in these.
