EXCRUCIATING PAIN

I have for the past 1 week, been experiencing pain inside of my left arm before the wrist or below the elbow. What can be the cause and any recommendations for pain management or treatment?

Hi, RSI carpal tunnel or tennis/golf elbow? I suffer from this as I used to be a fork lift driver but RSI using my left arm all day resulted in 3 cortisone inj. They are temporary in some people but helped me. Martin

Maybe pressure on a nerve root in the neck. May be worth will seeing a chiropractor.
