I'm so scared😭 Thinking I've always got something wrong with me I'm now scared got the c word😭 I've told my doctor and she said if there was anything it would come up in my bloods but I find it hard to believe x

Blood is very clever and can tell a Doctor what she needs to know. That's why a blood test is done as routine.

She has reassured you there is no cancer so you must trust her.

Has she given any advice about what may be wrong?

I'm scared it's lung😭 I've got a bone scan next Friday will that pick up everything x

Each test picks up different bits of your body. Blood, bones anythin unusual.

Sounds like your GP is doing all the tests to make doubly sure. But as I said..blood is very clever.

Some how you need to get your mind to think positive.Talking therapies might help. you sound as if you have low mood or possibly depression. We all have ups and downs. talk to your Dr about it. Look up Mindfulness It can help you to think more positively. Live in the moment when you think like that.Remember the good things in your life. All the best
