We can't do diagnosis but it may be tennis elbow or golfers elbow.
Have you seen your GP?

Golfer's elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of your elbow. The pain might spread into your forearm and wrist.
Not to be confused with tennis elbow.

Hermes123. I would you have the same as i have? for which I'm having an operation as an out patient at the end of the month, it is a trapped nerve running round the back of the elbow. ask your Doctor if you can see a hand and arm clinician.
Could be bursitis which I believe is another name for tennis elbow - just go to GP and get him to look at it. Hope you are sorted soon. Take care 😘😘😘
Hermes123 Thank you for your reply, I just had to go to an emergency clinic I had so much pain in the right shoulder muscle I could no bear it, I was told it was to do with the trapped nerves in my neck, to which they will not operate as they say it is to dangerous, I ended up with a cortisone injection in the muscle, feeling sore at present. Cheers every one.
Dear Masie,
Firstly, sorry to read about your injury, and yes DO see your GP, or Consultants/Doctors.
By the way, and I'm NOT 'having a 'go' here, but the word is 'What' not Wot, as you spelt it-a minor point however.
My Prayers are with you.
