I responded to a post concerning natural remedies for pain and inflammation from a naturopath but it has disappeared. Has the moderator removed it?

Having tried and failed to achieve pain relief from pharmaceutical drugs I am interested in finding out more about natural remedies so am disappointed this post has been removed.

Yeah - right on,Suzy! And with it disappeared my naughty witty response. I was just achieving a cult following - only to be dashed to pieces on the alter of commercial propriety.

Just type in " natural pain remedies" into the searchbox ( magnifying glass in top right) and you should get whatever's available on this site.

Look for turmeric paste recipe .. organic turmeric 60g 125ml 1/2 cup

water 1 cup 250 ml ( keep extra you might need to add bit more)

Mix together and gently heat 7 10 mins when it's made paste remove from heat

add 1/3 cup of coconut oil 70ml.

Plus black Peper.2-3 tea spoons

Store in fridge in jar and have 12 teaspoon 3 times a day

Whole peppercorns are great to.

You can use silicon coffee bean mould and freeze and take while cold like a tablet as it tastes nasty lol xxx

That was meant to be 1/2 half teaspoon 3 times a day not 12 lol ....
