Hi all sorry it been a while since I updated on my pain but I've been in and out of hospital with copd as well as my back pain which is slowly getting worst the pain team have now put me on 120 mg of delocertine tablets hopefully these might work

Sorry to hear about your hospital stay T - that's bound to make the back worse - lying in bed makes me as stiff as a board! Hope those pain killers do the trick. Sending you best wishes 👍🏼😜🍀🍀

Do you mean Duloxetine? It's an antidepressant with nerve pain relieving properties. I take it (have done for a few years now) and there doesn't appear to be any nasty side effects, which is nice! It has definitely helped me; mood wise & nerve wise. The only thing I would advise is don't run out of them or forget to take them; even if I'm a few hours late, I begin to feel a bit odd!

Hopefully they'll get working for you and your pain settles a bit; it doesn't help your back pain if your breathing isn't good! You can't take those big, deep breaths in to help you relax!
