Just came out with a buccal film version of Butrans patch! Problem is it's so new it's not on my formulary. You should ask your pain specialist about it and see if it's available for you yet. No more itching would be great!

I don't really know. Maybe they've started to realize their patches are causing reactions in many people. It's also 100$ cheaper per prescription.
