I have been having jaw pain under the left side for 3 days now. It seems to come and go whenever it pleases doesnt seem to go away at rest. It does not seem to come with exercise either. I am 23 and worried and this can be my heart. I had some cardiac check up done a little over a week ago and everything was fine. I need some advice.

Hi Tx12, if your heart was OK then maybe it could be a tooth, or gums giving referred pain. Or even perhaps a throat problem, I would not worry unless it persists or gets worse or another symptom arises. Take care

I'd suggest you book an appointment to see either your GP or dentist, whichever is the easiest to see. Do you have all your wisdom teeth? Could be something like that? Best to get it checked out.

Why did you have the cardiac heck up?

Try a dentist or maxofaciall specialist. Could be a TMJ disorder which is very painful or trigeminal neuralgia. Have you injured your face recently?
