Don't have this but have very rare condition and I realise isolation that rare things place on you .Spoke to someone on chronic pain phone line last week .it has taken me two years to be well enough to be able to talk about pain as brain functions and pain was such that I shut down completely ,her advise was that any sort of dialogue regarding chronic pain conditions was important ,have a voice and that extreme pain does result in a cross over as the effects obviously affect the neuropathic pathways especially when sustained severe chronic pain ensues .

So if you want to describe it then there are people who are willing to listen to you and are not gonna think you an alien just cause it's rare and they haven't heard of it.
