Lower back pain

I suffer lower back pain most of my life and been on pain medications from naproxen, tramadol, neurontin, flexeril, steroids injection and physical therapy. I have difficulty walking, sleeping, sitting and just doing daily chores is difficult.

I'm experiencing the same and nobody seems to understand.

It's death by a thousand paper cuts for me!

Hi there, sorry to hear about your back pain. You are in good company here and there is much to learn from going back through posts with titles that you might relate to... Did you have an accident or did the pain come on gradually? It's particularly hard this time of year when it seems like everyone in the outer world is having great fun.... I am in same boat on lodine pregabalin amitrptline OxyContin diazepam citalipram throxine omeprazole cant think of any more at the moment and I have too go and be interrogated too see if iam fit too work whats the next joke..............all I can say is keep your chin up if its not too sore I have no answer for it as before I had spinal surgery as I could not walk because of pain in my back I had a great lifestyle and great job
