Apart from Dr not really allowing me to talk, was s positive visit. Am to up my amitriplyne from 20 to 30mg to 40 to 50 over next 2 weeks come down a bit more off oxycontin, and try physio and hydro therapy. Also to see pysologist which is important to help wiith the pain as grieving for my son and have inquest next month
