This may not suit everyone but it really helped me at one time

But might need repeat treatment. It was a full body massage and it was brilliant. Had to pay but I found it worth it. Janet

I think it's important to try new things to control pain its ajso a distraction from the conditions we suffer and gives us back a measure of control .

For me most definitely, like most have wasted money on gadgets ro help with back, but they don't work. So hence learning anything I can do to self help myself with the pain

Glad you find it effective. You will have to repeat it at some point. A good massage will lengthen out contracted muscle which causes pain and discomfort.

There are nerves in the body for contracting muscle. There are no nerves for uncontracting muscle. You have to rely on a different muscle to lengthen out a contracted muscle.

Yoga has special routines for this and a good masseur has techniques for doing this.

All the best.
