Spinal pain
check out the S-factor campaign for inflammatory arthritis: nass.co.uk/campaigning/have...
Not sure how old you are, but unexplained (non-injury) back pain in a young adult that either recurs without real reason, or lasts three months or more, could be inflammatory arthritis. If you tick the boxes for inflammatory back pain (see that link for more detail), then ask your GP for a referral to a rheumatologist.
If you don't tick those boxes, then poor posture would be the next likely thing. You might want to see a physio for core strengthening exercises, check the ergonomics of your workplace, especially if you sit a lot of the day, etc.
hi sorry am 33 soon 34 iv suffered with all over body pains for past 6 years my physio thought it could be caused by trauma ,my doctors unsure between fibromyalgia trauma arthritis
oh trauma not being in accidents or anything phycological trauma
iv been under a reuthmatologist couple months now already he said I have arghhh forgotton the name off it its where ya joints bend to far back but I have also been under physio and she said my joints ben normally and she says its more like fibromyalgia as it runs in the family plus all info I have told her in more detail but not been formally diagnosed still 6 years later
Hypermobility? Very undiagnosed. Be careful with exercises!
Don't know what you mean by unexplained reasons?
Muscle spasms coming out of the blue will cause the pain you have. The older one gets the more likely you are to get pain from muscle spasms that decide to occur for no reason what soever.
Worth taking up yoga to ensure that you keep muscles nice and flexible.
Hope this helps.
Nothing to do with spasms
Not sure what you mean. Muscle spasms have nothing to do with the issue or you have something else such as a diagnosis.
Muscle spasms can be large or small. Small muscle spasms which are not easy to find, unless you know what you are looking for, can cause pain and discomfort.
My chiropractor has demonstrated to me several times how a small muscle spasm has caused bone ache. The bone ache disappearing when the muscle spasm has been unspasmed.
If you have a health disability damage already the lack of room can result in pain and discomfort from quite small muscle spasms as tissue and nerves are compressed. Removing the muscle spasms will reduce the pain and discomfort present.
Of course you could have a bad dose of flue or cold causing the problem or something else.
I don't have flu lol that's one thing I do know lol
