Be pro-active with your pain and and try and keep a positive attitude when you are suffering.

When I dwell on my condition it just seems to make it worse

Sciatic pain has bothered me more than the Fibro, at least it screams the loudest and has for quite a while .

yes it certainly does, but you have double trouble with the fibromyalgia as well. I hope with you having both you manage to get a decent nights sleep.
