I have found out you can buy the from Holland and barret they have lots of vitimens in which can help pain am certainly going to give them a try google them you will find more information let me know how you get on I will let you know how I get on

I've read they are good as an anti inflammatory which could in theory reduce pain.

You have to buy very high strength and the best is obtainable via Amazon. Turmeric at high strength has had some proper research and reports are favourable. A word of caution, the liver is closely involved in processing, as with all things but there is no real answers about using high doses if you have gallbladder problems or even if you have had your gall bladder removed.
