If you live in Kent- SEAP, a local advocacy charity, are looking for people to complete a questionnaire if you've complained about NHS or social care services, or if you wanted to complain but decided not to.

The aims of the research are to look at what's wrong with the complaints system and what could be done to improve it. SEAP need responses quickly as the research is very short term.
