I wouldn't muck around with that kind of eye problem. If you can't get to see your GP very quickly, then get to an eye emergency clinic. It may not be related to the tramadol, but whatever it is needs looking at just to rule out any kind of problem (like inflammation) that could cause long term damage.

Tremadol could cause blurry vision. Try stopping it and see if your sight improves. The adverse effect is reversible.

I just stopped tramadol because it wasn't working, advised to do it cold turkey by my primary care. Don't do it. Taper. The withdrawal is awful and I was only on four a day.

Yes, unfortunately most of these agents carry withdrawal symptoms. It is a narcotic-like drug plus having serotonin effect of SSRI or SNRI antidepressants. For the third time I have tried to wean off Cymbalta (Duloxetine) and my symptoms are worsening. Not sure if it has given me some benefits but it gave me heart palpitations and urinary retention.

sounds more like separate problem, but always check things out.

I also have blurry vision from tramadol and other meds I take! I figured it comes with the territory!!!

On every bottle of pills it says can cause blurry vision!

Hi I have been taking tramadol for what seems like forever now, recently started having the same problem with my eyes. It is related to tramadol it is one of the annoying side effects. Go and get your eyes tested and see if there is anything they can suggest to help it. Hope all goes well xx

Sounds like dry eye. Standard treatment is eye drops which your GP can discuss with you. Dry eye is where there is not enough lubrication produced by the eye lids etc.

Hope this helps

Thanks all its a worry getting my eyes tested next month yesterday was awful
