Hi
If you have had this for two years and you have not seen a GP or the School nurse then there is something wrong in your life with healthcare.
Why have your parents not taken you to the doctor or A & E as it has obviously gone on to long to be normal.
GO TO YOUR DOCTOR, INSIST ON AN X-RAY OR CT SCAN OR MRI.
You need this sorted the sooner the better.
Kindest regards
Terry
Definitely see your doctor. If you have any kind of family history of back pain or inflammatory arthritis, then ask if it would be useful to see a rheumatologist.
GP at once. You may have done some damage and they will be able to prescribe treatment.

Are you a male ? If you are, get your gp to do a blood test to establish wether you have Ankylosing Spondylitis. If the result is positive, you need to be referred to a rhuematologist.AS usually strikes young males upto the age of 30 snd needs to be caught early to avoid problems in later life.Don't worry if you do have AS.You can live a perfectly normsl life if you take care of it.I've had it for the last 28 years
your still growing so you need to get it sorted ASAP or you will have a life time of problems mine started at 18 now i'm 43 as others have said get too your GP. Good Luck
Get your parents to see a chiropractor. It is possible that you have a muscle spasm. Eliminate this. Then have a look at how you are standing. Are you standing easily and relaxed or have you locked the knees and hips. Where is the head? Is it balanced at the top of the spine or are you using muscle to hold the head.
Get your parents to see an Alexander Teacher who can help you look at how you are using your muscles.
Find a martial arts class which you can enjoy. This will help with muscle coordination.
You may have something wrong health wise or you may have muscle coordination problems. The GP should be able to help eliminate the healthwise problem, but will know nothing about the muscle coordination problem.
Hope this helps
Probably a ruptured or slipped disk. Get to the doctor sweetheart. xxx Mitzi
Please get to your doctor- you may have nothing or something. I started complaining about back pain at the same age as you (14) but my doctor wouldn't do anything as I was overweight and that was blamed. After an x ray at 29 years my doctor discovered I have scoliosis (curved spine in 2 places) and a great deal of wear and tear - I now have arthritis in the spine and nothing can be done for me. I'm not trying to alarm you because even if you have some minor damage it can be sorted at your young age. I think it could be you pulled or tore some muscles and you altered how you stand or walk which is making your back hurt. Please let us know how you get on - sending hugs to you as I know how bad back pain makes you feel ( as many of us here do also) x
