When I touch/put little pressure on my spine whilst sitting straight or crouching I feel no pain. However when i bend backwards or lean forward for an extended period of time I feel pain. When I stand and put pressure on my lumbar i feel pain also. Sitting or standing for a long time puts pressure on my hips. I have also been feeling a shooting pain going up my back and a pain down my left leg. Been feeling quite fatigue and nauseous. What could this be?

See your GP. Look at the NICE recommendations on chiropractor treatment and discuss them with your GP.
Symptoms can have a variety of causes. Some symptoms can be caused by more than one cause and you have to work on dealing with all the causes.
Just because the spine hurts does not mean that the problem is in the spine. It can be elsewhere.
