Taking 15mg/500mg co codamol.Not very affective.

i have hip and back pain also..also groin and leg...found out its my si joint...nothing seems to work but steroid injections is helping a little.....worst when standing sitting and laying down.....it maybe your si joint

Sounds as though there is an element of wear and tear osteoarthritis.In the early stages it doesn't always show on Xray Suggest you see your GP for physio referral and some longer acting painkillers or anti inflammatory pills that you could take with co codamol or increase the amount of codeine.gentle exercise and stretching will help.

did they xray your back? I suffered from hip and leg pain for years.They xrayed my hip, found nothing. Finally xrayed my back, turns out it is osteo arthritis in my spine. Get your spine checked too

i can't do much....when i do anything i'm laid up on cold packs or heat.....it hurts when standing, sitting, walking, lifting.....and even laying down..i have to lean one leg to relieve from pain..i tried alot of stuff and steroid needle is the only thing that is helping with pain.......i think by now its surgery....almost 2 yrs like this.....thank you for your input i will do anything to relief this pain

I've got arthritis, scoliosis and oestopaenea of the spine , arthritis of foot hips elbows shoulders and since I had an unrelated operation, I have had inflammability flare up. I I'm sick of heavy medication but pain management has been suggested. Anyone had any experience of it ? Thanks
