I've had 3 major back surgeries. The last surgery was on 2/5/14. There was a removal of previous cage at L5S1. And a fusion at L4_L5.

I have radiating pain from groin to knee and pins and needles from knee to foot. I can't stand sit or walk for more than 10 minutes as this pain is unbelievable!! Please help!

You need to see your surgeon urgently as this should not be happening but he should be able to help and put your mind at rest

The Dr just put me on medrol dose pack and told me I have inflammation. I wonder if this is a banddade or if something else is wrong.

I have had the same symptoms as well as a loss of feeling in my calf muscle. I used a stationery bike with the seat up high which stretched the tendons and seems to have helped to free the trapped/rubbing nerves. Walking was so painful but now the pain has gone as has the pins and needles. Try over the counter Solpadine Plus it takes the edge off the pain better than anything the doctor prescribed. Go figure?
